About
soku.cleista.cc and the Soku Discord bot are a free, unofficial fan project for Touhou Hisoutensoku, run by Cleista. By using them you accept these terms and the privacy policy.
The site is not affiliated with Team Shanghai Alice or Twilight Frontier, who own the game and its characters.
Accounts
You sign in with a Discord account or an email address, and must be old enough to use Discord (13, or older where your country requires it). Whoever controls your Discord account or email controls your site account, so keep them secure.
Your handle and display name must not pretend to be someone else. Claim only in-game names that are yours.
Your content
You keep the rights to what you post: chat, comments, profile content, palettes, packs, savestates and uploads. You allow us to store, show, copy and process it to run the site and the bot, including keeping public matches and their chat in the replay archive.
Only post what you have the right to share. We may remove anything that breaks these terms or someone else's rights; send rights complaints to the contact email listed in the privacy policy.
Rules
Do not:
- harass or threaten anyone, publish someone's private information, or post sexual or illegal content;
- spam, or use bots or scripts to earn hisocoins, win predictions or inflate counts;
- attack, overload or probe the site, the hostlist or other players' connections, or get around rate limits and bans;
- list someone else's address on the hostlist, or pretend to be another host;
- scrape the site
Hosting and matches are public
When you host, your profile name, message, IP address and port are listed publicly, and matches from the public hostlist are recorded and shown on the site. The bot's /optout keeps your address out of the Discord repost, or takes you off the list.
Hisocoins and predictions
Hisocoins are points for fun. They are worth no money, cannot be bought or cashed out, and may be adjusted or reset, for example to undo farming or a bug, at the administrator's discretion.
Code and game data
Game data shown on the site belongs to its owners and is used here for a non-commercial fan project; see the credits.
No warranty
The site and the bot are provided as they are, without any warranty. They may go down, lose data or change at any time. As far as the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss from using them.
Leaving, and suspension
You can stop using the site at any time and ask for your account to be deleted (see the privacy policy). We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may change these terms; the date at the top says when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
